sign up for our open beta!
Well, we’ve been working hard and fixing all the bugs we’ve come across and we’re ready to open up the site to the public. Anyone can sign up! Feel free to try out anything on the site, even the payment features. During this beta, you can “transfer” any amount you want, but obviously since this is a beta, no charges or payments will actually be made. So, feel free to give yourself $100 and see what it would look like to distribute money to the sites you love. Once we get a few sites willing to help us test, you can also try out the subscriptions whenever you see this button: 
For now, the beta period is oriented to Firefox users. Since we don’t have many sites signed up yet, we have to fake it, so our extension will automatically add the tracking code to any sites you visit. That way, when you want to see how your usage is distributed, you’ll actually have something to look at. Don’t worry, you can disable this feature just by clicking the logo in your status bar:
Web Site owners are encouraged to take a look at how easy it is to add Better Than Ads tracking and subscriptions to your site. Since tracking is opt-in only, you don’t need to be worried about the privacy of your visitors who don’t want to be tracked.
